recent yum: peach nectar!

yuuuum! here is a photo of a delicious glass of homemade peach purée! we sliced fresh peaches, then simmered them down in a large stove-top pot. added just a bit of balsamic, cinnamon, and about 1cup brown sugar. simmer until peaches begin to soften and sweeten. we then drained off the nectar and used the peaches in a cobbler. this peach nectar was sweet and delicious! thinking it could be used in sangria! yum! recipe by s/p. and friends. photo by s/p. 2013
