i haven’t put a recipe up for quite some time and i’m feeling a bit guilty about it. so here is my go-to evening snack these days! super simple. super yummy!
1c. cooked whole grain brown rice
3/4c. milk or milk substitute (soy,almond,hemp,etc,)
2tsp. raw cane sugar
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla
cinnamon to taste
dab of butter(optional)
heat all ingredients up in a small sauce pan. when heated through pour into a mug or a bowl and enjoy a warm yummy sweet treat!
