dinner this evening.

a great dinner using leftover goodies from the fridge.

serves 2

3 cloves garlic chopped

half a sweet white onion chopped

1 zucchini squash sliced into .5 in. medallions

.5 c. sliced baby bella mushrooms

8 frozen pork goya pot-stickers (or veggie)

1 c. cooked rice (brn or wht)

.25 c. soyaki teriyaki sauce from trader joes

fresh chopped cilantro for garnish (optional)

saracha hot chilli sauce to taste (optional)

directions:

begin by adding 1ish tbspoon of sesame oil to saute pan over a med heat. add the onion and garlic and saute until translucent (about 2 minutes) add the zucchini and mushrooms along with a bit of dr. braggs liquid amino and salt and pepper if you feel like it. saute until cooked through (5-8 min.) add the pot-stickers to the skillet along with the teriyaki sauce. cover and let cook until pot-stickers are cooked through (5-8 min.) when pot-stickers and heated through add the brown rice and combine all ingredients. heat 2-3 min. more and serve with cilantro and saracha chili sauce! enjoy with bella sera pino grigio
